Now, don't get me wrong — after supporting $7M+ through scalable systems, watching clients hit record-breaking revenue months back-to-back, over a decade in business management, and helping founders take their first real vacation in years, it's safe to say the “operations support specialist” part is covered.
But if I'm being real, I'd rather be known as "the reason people stopped rolling their eyes when you say you're 'busy'" than "operations manager."
Because here's what I DO know: the whole "you can't have it all" thing is an absolute f*cking lie. You absolutely can. You just need the systems that don’t keep you tethered to your phone and an operations team that works as hard as you do.
