AKA. THE TRAVIS TO YOUR TAYLOR
Management, sales, and customer service are at the forefront of my work experience. I mean, I became the youngest assistant manager in company history at my first ever job at 17 years old. Yes - I'll toot my own horn. ;)
Here are a few things I've done since then -
- Opened restaurants and trained ALL of the front of house staff.
- Been the head server + go-to for training (and re-training) when new staff came on board.
- Held down regulars who tipped me 100% (yes, for real) for 4 years as a bartender.
- Consulted with the owners + managers about how to improve our profit, systems, and customer experience.
- Graduated my coaching + counselling diplomas with an A average because of my skills in empathy and understanding.
I don't come from corporate because I knew it'd never work for me. I come from getting my hands dirty in the customer-facing day-to-day that makes the biggest impact on a company. I know how to make 6-star experiences that keep people coming back for more.

Attended coaching + counselling school; graduating with an A average and started a classic pandemic business b/c no one was hiring.
2021-2022
2023
Hustled to build a coaching business while falling in love with the tech builds + systems. Became a VA + OBM on the DL to two incredible women who are now dear friends.
Officially opened the doors to Creating Freedom Agency. We not only filled our spaces within a month, but continued to keep them full.
We’ve expanded our team, refined our services, broadened our marketing channels, opened our first group program, and launched the Organized Chaos Notion Hub.

She’s been a VA for many who are hiring their first team member so she has learned a lot about different departments. She brings her coaching experience, intuition, logistical + organizational thinking, and creative problem solving to support our clients.

Gina has been in the online coaching space since 2018, supporting creative women all over the world. She values integrity, co-creation, connection, creativity, authenticity, intimacy and spaciousness.
